Jamie grew up in Arizona, where she also taught in public schools for 19 years. She has a master’s degree in curriculum and instruction in reading. She enjoys spending time with her family and exploring the state of West Virginia. Jamie has completed ITERS-3, ECERS-3, SACERS-U, and FCCERS-3 reliability training

Sara is one of the newest members of our team of Early Childhood Quality Evaluators in the state. She will be working from a remote home office and serving the Eastern Panhandle region.  Sara graduated from WVU with a Master of Arts in Elementary Education with an emphasis in Early Childhood.  She has been in early childhood education for 20 years.  She began her career with Head Start where she was primarily a home educator for 5 years.  She then transitioned to Pre-K in a collaborative daycare setting and later in a school setting.  Sara is currently training to reliability in all the scales.   

Jessica has 20 years of experience in early childhood education, with experience as a classroom teacher, Infant/Toddler Coordinator, Child Care Director, and Chief Academic Officer. Throughout her career, she has supported children, families, educators, and early childhood programs through leadership, professional development, and program support. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education from Liberty University, with specializations in Psychology, Autism, and Special Education, and holds a WV Child Care General Credential, and an Infant-Toddler Mental Health Associate endorsement. In her new role as an Early Childhood Quality Evaluator with WVECTCR, she is currently training to reliability in ITERS scale and will then begin training to reliability in other scales.
