Bring Early Childhood Training to Your Community!
If you are involved in an early childhood collaborative team, we have limited funds available, per county, to assist your team with costs associated with early childhood trainings. The team requesting assistance and funding must consist of, at a minimum, representatives from the following groups: Head Start, WV Birth to Three, preschool special education, child care and a parent or family member. Additional members could include representatives from public school Title 1, Pre-k or kindergarten and Child Care Resource and Referral Programs.

Assist with State Early Childhood Conferences!
WVECTCR has grants available to assist with early childhood conferences statewide. The funds are limited and available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Funds should be requested at least 90 days prior to the event.

Provide Opportunities for Parents to Receive Training!
Stipends to attend training opportunities are available for families of children with special needs. The funds may be applied to the registration fee and travel expenses. Funds should be requested at least 60 days prior to the event.
