Early Childhood Collaborative Team Profiles -
These teams are a group of people in every county who work together to insure smooth transitions for young children, their families and the agencies partnering with them. While the membership varies from one community to another, typical team members include representatives of families, WV Birth to Three, Early Head Start/Head Start, Public School System, Child Care and other community partners such as Family Resource Networks (FRNs), Starting Points, Health Department, Right From The Start, etc.
The following documents provide information on what some of these teams are doing - both their accomplishments and their plans for the coming year. Information is provided on how to contact these teams to exchange ideas or share resources.
