Early Childhood Collaborative
Team Profiles -
These teams are a group of people in every county
who work together to insure smooth transitions for young children,
their families and the agencies partnering with them. While
the membership varies from one community to another, typical
team members include representatives of families, WV Birth
to Three, Early Head Start/Head Start, Public School System,
Child Care and other community partners such as Family Resource
Networks (FRNs), Starting Points, Health Department, Right
From The Start, etc.
The following documents provide information
on what some of these teams are doing - both their accomplishments
and their plans for the coming year. Information is provided
on how to contact these teams to exchange ideas or share resources.
If your team is not listed, and you would like
your team and information to be included, or your team is
listed and you would like to update the information for your
team, please download the Early Childhood Collaborative Team
